The winter months are a great time to rekindle and remember why you’re with your partner, and a weekend away in the mountains is just the way to do it.
For most of us, the day-to-day grind of work, family, sport, socialising and other commitments means we have little time left for a different kind of grind.
Often our relationships are forced to take a back seat, and inevitably, something always comes up and gets in the way of adult alone time.
When was the last time you and your partner went away for a dirty weekend, hmm?
When was the last time you really played together like when you first met?
If it’s been a while, then change that. Pick up the phone, make a booking, dust off the play toys and start fantasising.
Winter in the mountains in a private cottage with an open fire and hot spa is the perfect place to just fuck your weekend away.
And depending on how game you are, maybe you can find a secluded piece of bush land, or incorporate something into your sex that you’ve never tried before – perhaps a ‘surprise’ third person if you’re into that.
I can’t stress enough just how important it is to regularly connect sexually with our partners in a meaningful, sexy and intense way.
Everyone loves to feel desired by their partner and its fulfilling to know you still make your partner wet.
So go the extra mile this winter. There are many gorgeous little places to stay either on the Gold or Sunshine Coast Hinterlands, and it need not cost a fortune.
Take the time and spend the money because you are both worth it.
You’d be surprised just how much a sex-filled weekend away with the one you love will remind you both of the importance of your connection.
