The Veronicas’ Jess Origliasso is livid over sexy nude shots that appeared on a US adult site last week and were snapped up for publication in two Australian gossip mags.

The sexy singer, who has been romantically linked to out lesbian VJ Ruby Rose, plans to sue a “bitter ex-lover” over the photos, according to the Herald Sun. 

“What has happened with those pictures is obviously completely illegal and there are lawyers getting involved," Rose, 22, told the newspaper.

“There is a real tall poppy situation in Australia and both Jess and [her sister] Lisa deserve more support,” she said.

A publicist for Warner Music has confirmed Jess, 23, is the subject one of the photos posted on fleshbot.com, but has raised doubts about the authenticity of a second, topless photo.

"The portrait photograph of the girl looking at the camera is obviously Jess but, although the photos appear to have similarities in style and setting, I'm confident that the girl in the topless photograph is not her," the Warner Music publicist told News Limited.

Meanwhile, new photos of Origliasso “snuggling” with Rose have appeared on Perez Hilton’s celebrity gossip site, and there are reports a video of the alleged couple being “shopped around”.

Sydney’s Sunday Telegraph reported that both Origliasso and Rose had split with their partners and were now “taking the fledgling relationship slowly”.
