The US Supreme Court has upheld the US military’s controversial ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ policy. On Monday, the court refused to hear a challenge to the policy, which means that the gay servicemen and women can be sacked for revealing their sexuality, reported www.365gay.com. During last year's campaign, US President Barack Obama indicated that he supported repealing the law, but has made no specific move to do so since taking office in January.
