One of the star attractions at the Big Gay Day is on a quest to find hidden treasures.

You may recall the GangStars, who made a splash by walking the planks in pirate mode to launch the popular MegaDrag segment at the Big Gay Day.

Now, the GangStars are on the hunt for booty with a quest designed to find new talent at StarStruck on April 12 at BrizVegas, upstairs at the Wickham.

The troupe, comprised mostly but not entirely of drag kings, wants greater diversity in their line-up, according to GangStar’s main man, Rock Hard.

“We’re also interested in more boys joining us,” Rock said. “We have three ‘real’ boys already and we want more diversity,” he said.  

“We’re on the hunt for prizes at the moment. We want everyday things like beauty packages, clothes, haircuts – things that make you feel spoilt. Let’s face it, a lot of artists don’t make a lot of money.”
