From the sublime to the totally ridiculous, may I introduce you to Lene Alexander? As you can probably pick up from her telling spelling of Tori territory, Lene is a tongue-in-cheek comic singer, eager to expose the ridiculousness of the contemporary neo-feminist. And Lene should know, as she’s a large breasted, white blonde, ex-model from Norway.
Imagine if you can, a young Pamela Anderson crossed with Paris Hilton singing a Julie Brown song. It’s totally silly and very Aqua; a Barbie Girl with a Phd in popular culture, perhaps?
Or maybe she’s just fooling us all and her songs ‘Sugar Daddy’, ‘Hot Boy Hot Girl’, ‘Glamour Superstar’ and ‘Sexy Wonderland’ are actually just what they are: blatantly stupid.
